Community

Nothing demonstrates harmony more than hearing bells ring. Imagine hearing hourly chimes and music pealing from Town Hall, Town Square, a civic center, the library or cultural center, the museum, a city park, or an historic downtown area. Wherever the location, carillons add majesty and a sense of peace that unites communities together. “When our community is in a state of peace, it can share that peace with neighboring communities” (Dalai Lama).

With the Schulmerich® Classic Plus™ keyboard interface, you have the ability to play 1-3 bell sounds as well as play the carillon live or program your own melodies. The Schulmerich Celebration® has 8 bell sounds and includes a MIDI tie-in feature to any MIDI-equipped organ console.

In addition to hourly chimes, over 7,800 pre-recorded melodies can be played at certain times of the day and according to seasons. The Schulmerich g5® unit also gives city officials a way to broadcast warnings of imminent danger or severe weather to citizens by using the Mass Notification System. You will also enjoy automated or manual bell ringing, web-based accessibility, programmable capabilities, and a collection of four different bell voices.
